Three-bedroom apartment in Tangier

only stayed for 1 night but was good for what we needed. plenty of space. Host Bouthania was lovely and helped with the keys and smooth check in.

Overall disappointing stay. When we arrived, we noticed a strong sewer smell in the first apartment, especially in the bathroom and toilet, which led to us being moved to another accommodation upstairs. Several basic items were missing or did not meet our expectations: only two rolls of toilet paper for six people, no dishwashing liquid, dirty dishes, empty gas bottle on arrival, stained towels, smelly sheets and pillowcases, missing clothespins, and a piece of glass in the shower stall. The house was quiet and looked nice but our experience was very disappointing, and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. Many of the amenities advertised were simply not there. There were no bathroom essentials, no hair dryer, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided for six guests staying four nights. On our last day, the kitchen faucet leaked badly and flooded the kitchen, and we had to clean and dry the floor ourselves. Overall, the listing did not reflect what was actually provided. We paid expecting the amenities shown in the listing, but they were missing, which made us feel misled.

The location is good, but upon arrival we noticed the beds were dirty and there were bath towels left by other guests lying around. After contacting them, they were quick to send someone to clean, and everything was perfect for us. At the end of your stay, they send you a message saying if you give a 5-star review, they offer a discount. Don't believe all the reviews, though. I hope they improve their preparation for new guests.

the place was beautiful, exactly as described. I was traveling with a large group, five of them children, the most impactful part was the host. we had to change plans quickly and ended up reserving the apartment on the fly halfway to tangier by shuttle. we didn't arrive until 2:30 in the morning, shuttle driver didn't know where he was going. she had reassured me on the way that we wouldn't be stranded, she got on the phone with the driver at 2am, explained where it was and insisted he get us to the door. made sure we were inside before she let me go. we checked into the wrong apartment, she f

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet basic expectations. The apartment was very cold on arrival and there was no heater available. There was also a strong bleach odor that remained for hours. Several glasses in the kitchen were not clean. Because of the cold temperature, we used blankets from another room. They were old and worn and did not seem freshly laundered. After using them, my husband developed flea bites, and the next morning our children had similar bites. As a result, we felt uncomfortable staying and left early. The apartment is spacious, has a terrace and is well located but…. Broken blinds, very dirty kitchen with grease stains and the bidet was leaking water all the time on the floor... Very communicative and very attentive admin but the apartment needs repairs

We had a pleasant stay in Tangier but the washing machine was not working and there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment.

Apartment with a splendid view! But that's not all: sal floor bed room with cigarette butts in desous of the bed my 1 year old baby caught it and very dangerous and especially sal dirty bathroom with hair all over the shower as well as the broken shower hose (in the evening the host brings back the shower accessory) about the neighborhood: noise until late at night more than 2:00 am with a baby and children that and not ideal

Very responsive and welcoming host. Friendly and professional exchange if needed. Very good location to visit Tangier. However, actions are needed to improve the tenant experience: Better equip the apartment and especially the kitchen, lacks a lot of utensils (no broom or mop...), Apartment not suitable for children.
